Adam Riemann is back in the Dirt Kitchen for a tech video running through the essential steps you need to convert a motocross bike into an enduro bike for woods riding. 

Coming at you from somewhere in the early ‘90s when many people built enduro bikes this way, Riemann runs through the steps he took converting a Honda CR 250 into what he thinks is the perfect woods riding tool. From suspension set-up, getting more mid-range power with an FMF Fatty exhaust to taming the “agro” out of a two-stroke motocross bike via a flywheel weight.
