2025 Red Bull Romaniacs 2025 Results: sixth win for Lettenbichler

Final Results of Red Bull Romaniacs 2025, where Mani Lettenbichler has secured his sixth victory for the KTM rider who won the final day to top the podium ahead of Billy Bolt and Mario Roman making it three different manufacturers in the top three.

With yesterday’s win granting him the option to choose his starting position, Billy Bolt approached today as his final chance to break Lettenbichler’s triumphant streak in the Romaniacs. The Briton set off with the goal of chipping away at the 13 minutes and 46 seconds deficit that separated him from the leader, on a final day that was shorter—but no less demanding and unrelenting under the heat.
However, Lettenbichler set the pace from the start and rode solo into the final Leatt Live Maniacs loop, which featured dry, fractured ramps, wooden jumps and the legendary Gusterita climb. Mani pulled off the Day 4 Offroad win and sealed his sixth Romaniacs title, cementing his dominance at this legendary event and bringing him one short of Graham Jarvis.
“Six in a row! Unreal, simply unreal. Look at the crew—they deserve this victory as much as I do,” Mani said at the finish line. “The pressure was off the chart; the pace was brutal for everyone. This sport has evolved so much—everyone was on fire... so I’m extremely happy.”
The final day did not go as planned for Billy Bolt: “I had some trouble this morning, but I managed to claw back some time this afternoon,” the Husqvarna rider admitted, finishing second both on the day and overall in his return to the Romaniacs after missing several editions due to injuries and absences. “I’m really happy, honestly. Proud of how I rode this week. The result is what it is—not the position I normally aim for, but it’s a significant step forward for me in this race. Step by step, we’re getting there.”
Mario Roman improved steadily throughout this 22nd edition of Romaniacs, having struggled with health issues during the first two days while racing sick. Nevertheless, he managed to recover in the second half of the race and secure a hard-earned third place for Sherco.
“I rode quite well all day, considering the circumstances. But in ‘Wolf’s Nest’ I chose a poor line through the rocks and Billy passed me. I got stuck there for about seven minutes,” Mario explained, rounding off a bittersweet week for Sherco—celebrating Roman’s podium while regretting Teodor Kabakchiev’s withdrawal due to a fractured wrist.
Austrian rider Michael Walkner delivered a solid performance this week to wrap up Red Bull Romaniacs 2025 in fourth place. Just behind him, taking fifth, was none other than the hard enduro legend Graham Jarvis, who at 50 years of age still proves he’s got what it takes to battle with the best and secure a top 5 finish.
British rider Mitch Brightmore, Spain’s Francesc Moret, Germany’s Felix Bähker, Italy’s Sonny Goggia, and South Africa’s Matthew Green completed the top 10. The latter crossed the finish line over five hours behind the winner — a stat that really puts into perspective the insane pace set by the front-runners who made it onto the podium.
In the Silver category, Eddie Karlsson delivered a shocking performance on the final stage to hand Stark Future’s electric motorcycle its first overall victory. He finished ahead of Hungary’s Kornel Ott and the American Tobin Miller, dethroning Costa Rican Justin Elizondo, who ultimately claimed second with Ott in third.
In Bronze, Guatemala’s Diego Chang took the overall win, despite China’s Xing Yang posting the fastest time of the day. German Eddie Findling completed the podium in this fiercely contested class.
Special mention goes to Sandra Gómez, who once again stood out in the Silver class, finishing in a commendable 13th place overall — and, unless we're mistaken, the highest-placed female rider in the 2025 edition of Romaniacs.
A similar scenario unfolded in Iron, where Fabio Carvalho won the overall title despite Alexander Petroiu winning the day. Ovidiu Tronaru from Romania rounded out the top three.
In Atom, the Kazakh rider Dmitriy Reznitskiy dominated once again, securing another victory and clinching the title with a commanding lead over Mexico’s Carlos Gracida and the USA’s Justin Short, in identical podium order.
In the newly introduced Adventure Ultimate, Jonny Walker and his Triumph Tiger 900 posted the fastest time of the day following his previous stage win. Nonetheless, the category win went to Pol Tarrés on his Yamaha Ténéré 700, followed by Walker and the Pole Dawid Szszotka.
“I think it's perfect for Adventure bikes: super fun, with fast sections and also technical areas. It has everything,” Tarrés remarked at the finish, though he also suggested it wasn’t challenging enough for him. “A mid-level rider will enjoy it a lot. If I speak as an Adventure rider, I'd give it 10/10—but if I speak as Pol Tarrés, we need more… something more difficult.”

In Adventure Lite, two-time Dakar winner Sam Sunderland clinched another stage win, sealing the Triumph victory in the overall standings. Dutchman Joop Nissink and Colombian Daniel Hernández rounded out the podium.
Finally, in eMoto, electric domination continued with the Romanian Sebastian Dudas and the German Martin Dosch winning in Expert and Hobby, respectively, concluding the week as undisputed leaders in their electric bike categories.
