3-times winner Louwrens Mahoney named as new Roof of Africa Race Director

The 2023 Roof of Africa Hard Enduro will be “bigger, better, safer, and more fun” according to the newly announced race director and former three-times winner, Louwrens Mahoney.

The three-times former winner of The Roof takes over the race direction after it was controversially dropped from the Hard Enduro World Championship calendar following some turmoil in the organisation of the event.

Lesotho Off Road Association (LORA) explained things are back on track for the 2023 Mother of Hard Enduro and having a former winner and experiencced event organiser at the helm can only be a good thing.

This year’s Roof runs from November 29 the December 2, 2023.
