First look: 2025 Acerbis X-Flex off-road gear range

Acerbis has launched the new X-Flex 2.0 gear collection for the new season and representing their 50 years of expertise in off-road sport.

The new X-Flex range for 2025 is as comprehensive as you’d expect from the Italian legendary clothing and products manufacturer. Enduro21 takes a look at the new jersey, pants and gloves here but naturally the Acerbis product range includes gilets, jackets, socks, underwear, protective clothing and more bike products than you can imagine.

X-Flex 2.0 jersey

Comfort, freedom of movement thanks to carefully designed stretch fabrics and mesh for ventilation…the X-Flex 2.0 jersey brings function and form to the table.

Add to the specification flat seams to reduce chafing, a tailored fit which Acerbis says works well with various bib, jackets and body protector designs, providing a secure and flexible fit.

Lightweight (170gms claimed) without compromising durability, the jersey also has heat-sealed collars and cuffs to prevent irritation, and laser-cut ventilation holes keep riders cool.

X-Flex 2.0 pants

No jersey would come without a set of matching pants now would it? X-Flex 2.0 pants are built for high-performance, Acerbis says. Again with an emphasis on combining lightweight, stretchy materials with a snug fit, which produce unrestricted movement.

A secure waist system is adjustable with Velcro straps at the hip, stretch Cordura panels add comfort in high-wear areas, plus the Ax Suede patches inside the knees protect against abrasion and heat from the bike.

X-Flex 2.0 gloves

The X-Flex 2.0 gloves complete the gear set with features like NanoFront™ suede palm material which Acerbis say is an incredibly thin yet grippy and durable fabric.

The gloves are ventilated, lightweight, and designed for a comfortable fit with neoprene closures and gel thumb inserts.
