Hard Enduro World Championship back on? Lettenbichler and Bolt confirmed at Valleys

Rumours around the Hard Enduro World Championship ramp up as the Valleys Hard Enduro confirm World Champions Mani Lettenbichler and Billy Bolt top the entry list.

Having already announced a huge incentive for riders to take part – a £16,500 prize purse – the organisers of the Valleys have now also confirmed the two riders who dominate Hard Enduro, Red Bull KTM Factory Racing’s Mani Lettenbichler and Husqvarna Factory Racing’s Billy Bolt.

The news comes as some very strong rumours circulate that the FIM are close to announcing the Hard Enduro World Championship will now go ahead as planned, which would make the Valleys Hard Enduro round one less than one month away.

The start list at time of writing also includes the X-Grip racing team brothers Mitch and Ash Brightmore, plus Matty Green and Milan Schmuser among the international entry. Currently there are no other regular riders in the Hard Enduro World Championship, notably from Sherco. We stress, these rumours remain unnofficial.

The Valleys Hard Enduro is on May 10-11 and promises a festival of a weekend on the vast Walters Arena venue in South Wales. 

Spread across two days of racing, Saturday sees the Valley’s X Lite race, plus Sunday AM and PM qualifying followed by a spectator-friendly knockout-style race next to the paddock and trade and food/drink area in the evening.

Sunday’s racing includes a multi-lap AM race for amateurs using some of the same course (not all the hard stuff!). That’s followed by the main event which promises big prize money for the podium places and reward stretching back to 12th place.

Valleys Hard Enduro 2025 details:

- A two-day event at vast Walters Arena, Glyneath, South Wales

- Valley’s X Lite race plus qualifying rounds on Saturday followed by knockout-style races in the main arena area next to the trade village and paddock

- Two main races on Sunday, Am and PM
