At the heart of the Flex Air Vest is its integrated D3O armour: level 1 certified chest protection and level 2 back protection housed inside a highly breathable, elastic mesh chassis. The result is low-profile protection that’s comfortable to wear, remains pliable in motion, and stiffens on impact to absorb energy – D3O’s calling card.

Certified to EN 17092-6:2020 C, the vest is built for versatility. A full-length side zipper makes it easy to get on and off, while elastic adjusters connect the chest and back panels to dial in comfort for different body shapes. The armour inserts are also removable for easy washing.
