Quick look: KTM Adventure bike footpegs from Bullet Proof Designs

Bullet Proof Designs has expanded its already large range of motorcycle accessories into the Adventure bike market with new footpegs for KTM Adventure bikes stretching back to 2004 models.

Take your lead from the Dakar Rally racers who spend hours completing epic distances on the pegs during a day’s racing: larger, grippy footpegs increase the surface area under their boots and make the riding more comfortable.

Bullet Proof Designs have literally expanded their existing off-road footpeg design to create these new ADV pegs for all KTM Adventure bike models which do exactly that. The BPD ADV pegs are wider and longer than stock whic makes them more comfortable for long days riding and helps control the bigger bikes if you’re taking them off road.

Using the same platform as the BPD competition off-road footpeg, the new ADV pegs are made from 6061 Billet Aluminium which is proven to be durable in tough off-road riding conditions.

Though KTM Adventure bikes have evolved a lot in the last two decades or so, the fact is the footpeg mount has remained constant and that means these pegs fit all 2004+ models BPD say.

The pegs also come with an adjustable set of screws allowing you to tailor the amount of grip to suit rider preference and terrain.
