Quick look: New 2026 Sherco SE 125 Enduro two-stroke

Sherco motorcycles announce updates to their baby smoker, SE 125 two-stroke for model year 2026 – updates to chassis, brakes, starter and exhaust valve as well as new graphics.

The 2026 SE 125 enduro model from Sherco features numerous improvements, they say, “aimed at enhancing the user experience, increasing riding pleasure, and simplifying maintenance”.

The updates come on the back of the French manufacturer’s MY26 250 and 300 two-strokes plus the full Sherco four-stroke enduro range.

Those include a new starter design which they say aids starting and durability, redesigned bottom seal on the steering headstock, new brakes, grips and graphics plus “optimised chassis”. At time of writing Enduro21 is not 100% clear what has been “optimised” except they add the change improves front-end feel.

• New starter lever and new friction bushings: quicker start-up, greater durability
• New exhaust valve system: improved responsiveness and reduced weight
• New front sprocket with circlip mounting: reduced weight, easier maintenance
• 0.5° dog engagement angle: improved gear shifting under load
