Quick look at the new “Extreme Engine Protection Kit” for 2024 KTM, Husqvarna and GASGAS Enduro and Cross-Country four-stroke models.

Polisport continue to grow their Extreme Engine Protection Kit range, most recently to include Yamaha 450F models, to now also include the 2024 four-stroke Enduro and Cross-Country models from KTM, Husqvarna and GASGAS (EXC-F/XC-F/FE/FC/EC-F/EX-F).

Aiming to stop the scuffs, scratch, boot rub areas and obviously protect, the Extreme Engine Protection Kit features a new, larger proportions on the clutch cover side, extending over the water pump all in one piece.

Both clutch side and flywheel sides also include air flow cut-outs to reduce the risk of the cover creating excess heat and use OEM bolts and fixings to install.

Main features:

• New and additional airflow zones, to prevent overheating
• No need to disassemble the engine covers for installation
• New mounting system to use with OEM bolts
• Hard shell in PA6 (Polyamide)
• Abrasion and impact resistant
• Easy to remove for maintenance (regular removal for cleaning is advised)
