Quick look: Polisport Yamaha YZ 125 and YZ 250 replacement fuel tank and racing seat

Parts for Yamaha YZ two-stroke models can be hard to find but Polisport continue to find affordable solutions with this off-road fuel tank and racing seat for 2022-24 models.

Designed as a replica of the OEM tank Polisport’s fuel tank for Yamaha YZ 125 or 250 models (from 2022 to 2024) is a straight swap replacement. Engineered for off road use only, the tank has a capacity of 7.3 litres (approx. 1.9 gallons) and includes a fuel hose, nut/studs ready for side panels but no fuel petcock or filler cap.

It’s black, yes, so enduro fans who favour a clear option will find unfortunately, at present, Polsiport don’t offer one. 

The Racing Seat for the same model years is designed with anti-slip, all-conditions cover designed to work in mud and rain, to withstand heavy wear and tear and intense riding.  Both are easy to install and with a perfect fit and come with fitting instructions.

Polisport also produce a wide rtange of reaplcement parts for most off-road models including the Yamaha range. The newest addition is their complete restyling kit for the YZ 250 and YZ 125 two-stroke models from years 2001-2021. The kit includes all fenders, side panels, radiator shrouds and air box.
