Quick look: TM Designworks Yamaha Slide-N-Guide Chain Protection Kit

New, 2024 Yamaha YZ-F and WR FX models Slide-N-Guide Chain Kits from TM Designworks adds to extensive TMD range and claims “the best life span on the market”.

Renowned for their products featuring on factory race bike all over the world from EnduroGP, Hard Enduro World Championship, MXGP and Supercross (to name just four), TM Designworks chain guides are something of an industry standard.

 Specifically designed to increase longevity yet retain its shape during hard impacts, the Slide N Guide kit shown is for the new Yamaha YZ-F & WR450 FX models.

The Slide-N-Guide kit consists of our Dirt Cross molded slider and patented Powerlip Roller with chain noise dampening technology which includes UV and Oil additives they say will reduce chain drag and wear while maintaining its original colour. 

The Rear chain guide uses their RMS (return memory system) and is shaped with our latest small body, high ground clearance design.

The large outside, front, side, and bottom chamfer design is also designed to slice through deep berms and ruts “like butter”.
